A year into working as a web designer I realized there was a breakdown of communication between clients and design agencies. My years of working in the hospitality industry make me a Certified *(not actually) Pro in How-To-Talk-To-People, and I saw a disconnect between client wants and their ability to convey them.
This led me to develop a method of working closely with my clients in order to “translate” what their needs are. It all starts with a cup of coffee, a lot of questions about personality, and your goals.
